    I was originally a Bink customer. Not happy at all with the quality of service after the acquisition. Communication is terrible. As an Expat they require a lot of extra documents no other bank ever asks. They never notify once a problem is solved...as a matter of fact they next reply by chat or email. The call center is obviously outsourced and employees try to be nice but are absolutely not in the condition to help. Moved my funds to another platform (which provided much better results too!)

    Unfortunately I have to add to the long list of bad reviews here. This bank is terrible. I have been a customer for 10 years (originally with Binck) and service has gone backward fast. Communication is impossible and one is often subjected to some moronic AI without the possibility to have a normal discussion. Processes get stuck and accounts in limbo for months. Staff don't seem to care. My recommendation is to stay clear of this bank.

    Very bad experience after moving from Binck bank. My account has been put on reduce-only mode for no reason, I have asked them to remove the restriction since 3 weeks ago. Yesterday they promised this will be resolved today or at least i will get a call back on what to do. I have not heard from them and the account is still in reduce-only mode. This is not professional and I am deeply disappointed

    For the amount of money going around in this company it almost feels like a fraud. The support department responds as if they are autmated without reading the message content. Im moving away from saxo with my entire retirement fund. After 3 emails and multiple calls my issue still hasn't been resolved and has only gotten the same answers each time. Promises on follow up have not once been followed up either. 0/5.
