Fietsned handles the repair of brands outside the dealer. Bought a Minerva Ebike at Makro in April. Nice promotion... home repair for 3 years. Tip: Don't buy Minerva!! This was broken after 1 use. Contact the Makro. Will be sent to FietsNed. Alleeeeeeeeennn but ELLEEENNDEEE!!!! Called 10 times for an appointment..." No, the technician will contact you... No, it is very busy... No, I have no idea... He hasn't been yet... I can't find anything in the system" NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING.. Call back 3 times in one day...get the same people on the phone and have to repeat the story every time. "Will be calling back today." Well...how many times have I been promised that... The Fietsned website itself contains stories of positive experiences????? Well, I don't think so...just look at the complaints compass and other review meters..." We at wceend..." It's been 2 months...the bike is still broken...the only response to an email was that I wanted to file a complaint..." Yes, I think that was just over a week ago" Thank you Bas, Iwan and Precilla for absolutely nothing... I've been trying to repair my bike since April... So...DO NOT BUY A BIKE SERVICED BY FIETSNED!!!!! Minerva and Fietsned think I have plenty of time after all...so I'll take up new hobbies. Create a new garden arrangement (bike is standing still) and meme. update SEP 2022...YES YOU READ IT RIGHT...CYETSNED STILL DON'T KNOW ANYTHING. AFTER INSTRUCTION, THE BROKEN BICYCLE CAN BE RETURNED TO MAKRO. EVEN THE MAKRO IS ASHAMED OF SUCH A SERVICE

We have now had various experiences with this service. They won't help you if you break down, they just want to take you home so that you no longer have the right to repair. Two days before my maintenance appointment, it was canceled. New appointment scheduled well in advance today at 9.15. Last week I received a call during the autumn holidays that the technician was 10 minutes away from my house. Unfortunately the appointment is really on the 26th at 9.15!!!! Well now I'm sitting here waiting but no technician. You are no longer allowed to call the telephone as a private individual, everything must be done via info@fietsned. Worthless company, poor service, agreements not kept. No service whatsoever.... I am a customer, you should call me, not the other way around. Don't subscribe here, they simply don't have enough staff and can't keep their promises

The same experience as Mr Visschers unfortunately. Emails that are not answered, appointments that are unilaterally rescheduled. A technician who doesn't show up even though you took a day off. To top it all off, I received a response that the technician had been there and called because I was supposedly absent.... no technician was seen and no call was received. A bad organization that can only be reached by email and takes forever to respond. Unfortunately, I am stuck with them due to a lease bicycle, but as a private individual I would not do business with them. The bicycle has now been serviced by a good mechanic from Fietsned. This one gets 4 stars. Neat and correct.

No concrete agreements to make. Made an appointment by phone, then received 4 emails with completely different dates and times. Tried repeatedly to get in touch by phone but was thrown out after 5 minutes each time. Not recommended as far as I'm concerned.
