  I visited the store for the Stage 3 maintenance package, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. From the initial explanation of what needed to be done on my bike to the detailed quote, everything was clear and professional. A week later, my bike was ready for pickup, and I appreciated that all the work completed was explained to me once again. The only downside I noticed was that the Stage 3 service includes a full cleaning and wash, which didn’t seem to have been done — there was still some oil and grease visible on the frame. That said, the overall experience was outstanding. Eric was a skilled and professional technician, and I’ll definitely be coming back for my next maintenance. My bike turned out to be like a brand new one!

  Came in for an impromptu brake bleed, they immediately started working on it and bled it 4 times to be sure of the quality. In the end, their standards of work were so high that they refused to let me pay.
