Fantastic Help, We had our Electric Bike stolen in Grenoble France. A local Shop owner found out we where the owners of the bike through the purchase sticker of Fiets accu. They went out of their way to contact us and arranged a meeting for us to retrieve the Bike. Many Thanks

They ask for a review, here it is. Despite the many negative reactions on the internet, I took the plunge and ordered a battery charger. What could go wrong? I indicated that it could be delivered to a PostNL collection point. And that's where it went wrong. It secretly became DHL, which simply leaves the package at the door instead of delivering it. Why the PostNL collection point option while you work with DHL? Then the battery charger, this works. But that advertising sticker on the charger was not necessary.

I had a very disappointing experience withfietsaccuwinkel.nl. I ordered a battery charger for my electric bicycle, but it did not work on either of my batteries. After contacting customer service - who was downright unfriendly and inflexible - I returned the charger. They then claimed that the charger did work for them and refused to reimburse the shipping costs. Even my proposal to split the costs – six euros each – was flatly rejected. I have also reported the issue to the Webwinkelkeurmerk. They tried to mediate, but that also had no effect: bicycleaccuwinkel.nl did not want to participate in anything. As a consumer I was actually portrayed as a liar. I have now ordered exactly the same battery charger via bol.com - and it does work perfectly. My advice: please never buy anything fromfietsaccuwinkel.nl. A worthless company with crappy customer service that you should stay far away from.
