  Visited Mantel Superstore in Utrecht looking for a race bike for my girlfriend. The store itself is impressive - huge space with a large selection of bikes. However, I noticed the race bike selection wasn't as extensive as their gravel bike offerings. Initially, the experience was disappointing. We browsed for several minutes without anyone approaching to help. When I asked an employee if he could assist us, he looked me in the eye and simply said "No, I'm helping someone else" before returning to what appeared to be doing nothing. His attitude felt quite rude - a simple "I'm busy but someone will be with you shortly" would have been much more professional. I was tempted to leave right then, but since getting there without a car required taking a train and walking a considerable distance, I decided to try again with another staff member. This person (possibly a manager) was genuinely apologetic about the earlier interaction and extremely helpful. Despite being actually busy, he took time to explain how their system works, how to test bikes, and arranged for someone to assist us properly. The young man who ultimately helped us was excellent - attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. Unfortunately, they didn't have the right size for my girlfriend (she needed around a 48cm frame, but their smallest was 51cm). For such a large store, it was disappointing they didn't have smaller sizes available to try. The concept is fantastic, but the execution needs improvement. Great potential, inconsistent service.

  We got our Pegasus Corona Disk from Mantel The Wall outlet It was very overwhelming experience every single time we visited staff is very supportive and always ready to help and give good advice Been there during Covid as well following social distancing rules allowing limited no of people and maintaining good hygiene as well👍🏼👍🏼

  It's always a pleasure to stop by Mantel. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are hard to beat. Definitely my go to store for anything bike-related.

  A very large and friendly space where you can just pick your favourite bike and try it. The space is large with a nice track for testing your bike. It is a very good place for testing your future bike before buying it. Staff is friendly and helpful too. The only negative part that I have noticed is that they stopped accepting PayPal payments for online purchases.
